Pointcare’s Urgent Care services are designed to address a variety of non-life-threatening conditions. These include minor illnesses such as colds, flu, and sore throats, as well as minor injuries like cuts, burns, sprains, and strains. Diagnostic needs, including on-site lab tests and X-rays for fractures or dislocations, are also available. For emergencies or life-threatening situations, it is recommended to visit the nearest emergency room.
To begin Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) at Pointcare, you can schedule a same-day appointment to ensure timely access to care. The process includes outpatient induction with Suboxone, providing a structured and safe detoxification process. Comfort medications are offered to ease withdrawal symptoms before treatment starts. Regular follow-ups, including drug testing and pill counts, are part of the program to monitor progress and ensure accountability. Patients are encouraged to combine MAT with counseling or group support for the most effective recovery outcomes.
Yes, Pointcare specializes in providing psychiatry services for individuals dealing with both substance use disorders and mental health challenges.
